Elizabeth Ann's Estate Sales, LLC

What We Do

It is our goal to sell your estate collection quickly at the highest possible prices. We work as a team to professionally display, price and prepare every piece of property; furniture, glass, china, pottery, jewelry, silver, rugs, linens, fine art, collectibles, retro and vintage clothing, contemporary brand name items, general household items as well as power and hand tools, firearms collections, vehicles, RVs and farm equipment.

We provide display cases, tables and shelving, ticketing and marking supplies, professional signs and shopping baskets as well as cash registers and talented and experienced merchandising sales helpers. We carefully research as many pieces as we can - using our expertise, pricing guides, on-line resources, personal consultation with professional establishments and private resources as needed.

During the days of the sale we provide helpers to assist shoppers and monitor merchandise.

We know the best methods of advertising the sales, which items to highlight, who to call, which Internet resources to utilize and how to get the buyers there. Elizabeth Ann's Estate Sales maintains an exclusive and extensive data base of collectors, clients and dealers in the Portland and surrounding areas who are always interested in buying the kind of items you have for sale.

Remember, our fee is based on a percentage of the total sales so you can count on us to get the very best prices. Our goal is to maximize the income potential of the estate. The more your sale makes, the more our company makes.

A signed contract is required at the time of the booking, prior to reservation of the date, and is done in person. At least two weeks, working in the home, with the merchandise preceding the sale is required. Three weeks or more may be needed depending on the size of the estate and condition of the property.

Although no estate sale company can guarantee the liquidation of 100% of your estate, we have a history of liquidating 90-95% of the entire estate. Any odds and ends that may be left over are usually donated to a local charity.

We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry.
