Our company serves North West Oregon offering comprehensive, professional service in complete estate liquidations and large downsizing sales. We know a tremendous amount of faith and trust has been placed in our hands. While representing your estate you can be assured of the highest regard and respect for your life-long collections. Our company is focused on providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction - we will do everything we can to meet your expectations.
 
We set the standards for our business far above other companies since we depend on our reputation of integrity, honesty and professionalism for future sales. We know   ours is a relationship business which grows with good referrals. It is our goal to sell the estate collection quickly at the highest possible prices. Our comprehensive service includes the following:
  • Free in-home consultation and estate evaluation
  • Cleaning, preparation, set up, display and pricing of all items
  • Marketing and Advertising
  • Conducting the sale over a 2-3 day period
  • House is left empty and broom swept
  • Distribution or donation of unsold items
  • Full financial reporting
  • Estate is paid within ten business days of close of sale
 
Client responsibilities:
  • Remove items not included in the sale
  • DON'T THROW ANYTHING AWAY!
  • After assignment, client not required to be in the area
 
 Our fees are based on a percentage of the gross sales and we are competitive with the local market.
